House calls is the practice of primary care medicine and making a comeback. The concept of providing medical care at the bedside in the home is a perfect adjunct and extension to a physician practice and benefits the patient as well as the community.

Countryside House Calls, Inc. is not an emergency care provider service. If there is any indication you feel an emergency medical situation exists, you should contact and activate the emergency medical services and call 911 immediately or seek other emergency medical care.

Countryside House Calls’ area covers about thirty to forty miles. We can over the network in a reasonable amount of time. However, time must be allotted to drive to the patient’s site. Depending on our starting location, it may take more than 30 minutes to drive. If your medical condition is declining while waiting for us to arrive, call 911, and go to the nearest emergency room for medical care.

Patient Privacy Rights

Countryside House Calls, Inc values the privacy of its patients and is committed to operating in a manner that promotes patient cinfidentiality while providing high quality patient care under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

If there is concern with the accuracy of the information, the patient can request an amendment to his or her information on record. Patients also have the right to receive an accounting of disclosures.
