Fee Schedule

Fees are based on time (face to face)

You will be told and charged prior to treatment for the cost of supplies to be used and services needed, (for example: blood drawing, stitches, lab work and x-ray interpretation).

$49.00 for first 30 minutes

$64.00 for up to 45 minutes

$79.00 for up to 1 hour

$63.00 for each additional 30 minutes

$19.00 for called in prescription renewals and assistance with completeing forms and applications

Visits are routinely made within 15 miles of downtown Ocala. There is an additional fee of $12.00 for those visits greater than 15 miles.

Payment is due at the time of the visit.

Cash, Personal check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

We do not provide any treatment until the payment contract is read and signed.

We will provide you upon request a statement for your insurance provider to process your claim. We don’t file claims directly.

Most major health insurance providers will reimburse house call fees, but every plan is different. You should check with your insurance company for specifics about your coverage.

Enrollment in Medicare and other private insurance pending.
