Diagnostic exams

Comprehensive medical histories

Medications prescribed and prescriptions renewed

Order and interpret lab tests and x-rays

Hospital Transition Care

Order Comprehensive Lab Services...(for example: EKGs, x-rays, ultrasounds, etc.) Countryside House Calls provides licensed and certified radiology and laboratory technicians to support these services.

Coordinate delivery of auxiliary services...(for example: home health care, durable medical equipment, respiratory services, etc.)

Make referrals to traditional and alternative sub-specialties

Follow up Phone calls after visitations

We treat ages 6 and up.

We are affiliated with major hospitals.

We do not treat chest pain, shortness of breath, head trauma, or loss of consciousness; these may indicate very serious conditions and you should go directly to an Emergency Room or call 911.
